The Danny Baker story currently in the press is an important and rather high profile reminder that what you say and do on social media can be misinterpreted or taken out of context.

As an employee you should always stop and think before hitting the post button – whether it is on your personal social media sites or your employer’s platforms.  As an employer you should make sure you have an up-to-date social media policy and training programme in place.
