Martyn Whiteman is the head of our Dental Law Team. His team have wide experience in acting for members of the dental profession over many years. The Medical Protection Society has referred work to the team and Martyn is a founder member of the Association of Service Providers to Dentists (ASPD).

The Dental Law Team is primarily involved in the sale and purchase of dental practices and advises clients on expense-sharing agreements and employment matters.
