    Martin Steer

    Martin is an Associate in the dispute resolution department with expertise in all areas of civil and commercial litigation excluding personal injury and employment matters. Martin qualified in 1995 and comes from an established Surrey Firm, where he was a Partner.

    He has experience with all levels of the Civil Court system up to and including the Court of Appeal. He also deals with contractual and negligence disputes both corporate and individual; landlord and tenant disputes both corporate and individual; professional negligence disputes; personal bankruptcy and corporate insolvency.

    Reported cases include: State Bank of India v Sood (1998); Re Tajik Air (1995); Barratt Homes Ltd v BBF Consultancy Group (2001); Indiana Investments Ltd v Taylor (2004) and Mutanders Recoveries Limited v Hoff and Kirby (2010).

    Martin is a member of the Law Society, Property Litigation Association, Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Commercial Litigation Association.

    In his spare time he likes to spend time with his wife and children.
