About Clive Barnard:

Clive is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Private Client Section of The Law Society. He also holds the Trustee Diploma of the Institute of Bankers.

Clive has considerable experience in all areas of this work including the preparation of Wills for both private and business clients, inheritance tax planning, the preparation of Deeds of Variation, the creation and administration of lifetime settlements and Will trusts, the preparation of Powers of Attorney and applications to the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection.
