About Mark Ridley

Mark advises businesses and private clients on dispute resolution and litigation.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Mark graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Economics, and then spent a number of years working outside the legal services sector for a FTSE 100 company.  As a consequence, Mark is able to draw upon first-hand experience when meeting the requirements of his commercial clients.  His commercial practice extends to include expertise in a variety of different dispute resolution areas including contract,  property, employment, partnerships, professional  negligence, debt recovery and construction.

Mark also acts for private clients, and has particular expertise in contentious wills, trusts and probate, having acted for both claimants and defendants in  numerous disputes surrounding estates – a number of which have involved high-value agricultural property.

Outside work, Mark spends time playing golf and supporting Leicester City Football Club.
