About Richard Brown

Richard has been with rhw Solicitors since 1990. He is the Partner in charge of our employment team and deals exclusively with employment law for both commercial and private clients, acting for employers and employees.

His clients include a number of companies involved in computing, manufacturing and other industrial processes. In particular he has considerable experience in dealing with disputes between dentists, issues arising from associate agreements and employment matters affecting dentists. Richard has considerable experience of advising on restrictive covenants, TUPE issues and compromise agreements.
